  • 2-3 minute talk about a disease, medical condition which can be found in an animal of choice. 
  • What is it? What is the cause of it? What are some symptoms? How can it be treated?
  • Try to use the right medical jargon when talking about it.

  • Form a group of 4 students
  • Choose an animal and a disease
  • Go online or use your study books to find information
  • Prepare a 2-3 talk together

What is it? What is the cause of it? What are some symptoms? How can it be treated? How deadly is it?
You can come up with a lot more information - think big (2-3 minutes are long)

  • Form new groups
  • Share your findings with your new group
  • Each student discusses their disease in 2-3 minutes
  • Listeners are going to take notes
