When can something be used as money?

1.  Need to be rare
2. Last a long time
3. Easy to count
4. Easy to carry

Banknotes of the Euro look the same in all countries

Printed > De Nederlandsche Bank > Commercial Banks > Consumers > Stores > Commercial Banks

For the safety every banknote has a number of features in all banknotes

Interest

Interest is the price for borrowing or lending money

  

As a reward for lending money, we receive interest

We pay interest as compensation for borrowing money
