• Punctuation
• Be consequent in the 'time' (present or past, not mixed)
• Describe things/feeling
• Don't start sentences with conjunctions (=voegwoorden)
• Strong last sentence/ending

Jesse walked back to Treegap. He saw a toad.

Jesse went back to Treegap. He was looking for Winnie. (facts)

Jesse finally went back to Treegap. He was nervous. Would he see her? (more details/feelings/'drama')

Short writing assignment

Choose:

-write a review about the book

-write a letter to a friend about the book

Include and underline:

- 1x passive                                                 - 1x adverb

- 1x have to, must or should                 -1x adjective

around 100 words

Feedback

• check if grammar is correct and underlined (1x passive, 1x have to/must/should, 1x adverb, 1x adjective)
• check for mistakes (spelling, word order, grammar)
• is the story coherent (samenhangend)
• give general feedback (enough words, writing style, enjoyable to read, interpunctie, etc)

Rules

• words must be at least 3 letters long
  
• no proper nouns (London, John, Iphone) or abbreviatons (NYC)
  
• letters must touch horizontally, vertically or diagonally (chain)
  
• can't use the same letter twice in one word
  
• when 2 or more groups have the same word, it doesn't count anymore! No points.
