Let's practise with the irregular verbs!

Two people wait outside for the teacher to call them in. The teacher gives each student either a Dutch word or an English word (e.g. verslaan - beat)

The two students will look for the pairs. Once they found them they must answer the forms of the verbs (e.g. beat - beat - beaten)

Formule: WW + ed / 2e rijtje

Past Simple kan je onthouden door te kijken of er een tijdsaanduiding in de zin staat. 

Signaalwoorden: last week, yesterday, in 2002, a week ago, etc.
