He's part of the Russian crew. He's studying weather conditions in space, and doing experiments with plants (to see how they grow in zero gravity). Research and Presentation

Learning goal: You can give a short presentation about an ISS astronaut.

Find out who is on board the ISS at the moment. Choose one of the astronauts and do some research. Answer some of the questions from SB p. 82 exercise 7 (on the last slide) about them.

Be prepared to present your findings to the class in the last few minutes of the lesson.

Mind your verb forms!

Look at the questions from SB p. 82 exercise 7. 

Which tense (time) is used in each question? Choose present simple, past simple, and present continuous. Why are the different tenses used for each of the questions? 

Take care to use the correct verb forms when you are taking notes about your chosen astronaut for your presentation.
