English - how, what, where, when

English class - 2 times a week, 2 times 45 minutes

Same schedule every English class:

- first 45 minutes - book and/other English

- second 45 minutes - work on your reading/listening file

Your exams

Two English exams:

- reading B1 (lezen specifiek)

- reading and listening (Centraal examen)

Centraal examen: w. 12, 13 and 14 (16 March - 3 April)

Reading B1: exam week (6-10 April)

Reading/listening file

2 lessons per week (the 2nd lesson) - work on your file

Your file consists of:

* 8 paper based reading/listening assignments (Speak Out)

* 5 additional (online) assignments

* 2 practice tests (Cambridge exams)

8 (school weeks) x 2 lessons = 16 lesson to complete this file

Class rules

Be on time! Class has begun? No entry (unless with a VERY good excuse)

You ALWAYS bring your books, laptop or notebook, pen

Forgot your book? Make copies before class starts

No book or laptop? No entry to English class (absent)

No phones/headphones/earbuds (in your bag) - unless I tell you to use it

No talking when teacher is talking

Finish your work (in order to avoid homework)

Promote the city you live in (1 minute)
