Now that you have finished the book: what are your thoughts? Was it good? What did you like or dislike? Answer in at least 5 full sentences.

After the trial, Scout's teacher teaches her about the holocaust and makes it clear she hates thinks it's terrible Jewish people were persecuted. Scout asks her how she can think this and at the same time be so happy Tom got convicted.  

I call this an 'Oh, shit!!' moment. Why? 

The last few chapters of this book get very wild very fast, starting when Jem and Scout walk home together from the pageant.

Discuss what happened in these chapters and what your thoughts are. 

After mr. Erwell is murdered, one person insists Jem is guilty and the other person insists Jem is innocent. Explain the thought process from both sides of the argument.
