WHEN: If something happens always or you're talking about regularities, habbits or schedules.

HOW: I, you, we, they verb
HOW: he, she, it verb +s/es/ies

WHAT: Tegenwoordige tijd. 

WHEN: If something is happening now

HOW: I am verb+ing
HOW: you, we, they are verb+ing
HOW: he, she, it is verb+ing

1 about something happening now.

Writing an email of request
Start with an introduction--> Why are you sending an email?
Get to the point --> make the request(s).
Conclusion --> be polite and round up.

Go to page 44 and complete exercises 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
