If you write the letter to Mr Brown, you close it with:

1. Yours sincerely,
2. Yours faithfully,

A good tip/ mnemonic device:
- sincerely has a 'N' in it, so you use it when you know the 'NAME' of the recipient of the letter.
- there is no 'N' in faithfully, so we know no name, for example Dear Sir/ Madam,
