Work in pairs (sign up with me today)
All the work you do is done in class and it is handwritten. No laptops, no homework!
There are three deadlines.
On deadline day you hand in the required material before the end of class. Not handing it in class will result in a 1,1 for the owner of that particular item.
Your work will be graded using the rubric in Moodle.

1: Make an outline
Pick a Theme: Decide what your festival will be about. Besides music and performance art or theatre you could also include food, movies, art, games, or anything else you love. Explain why you picked this theme and what makes it special.
Choose a Location: Pick a place where your festival will happen. It can be a park, a school, a beach, or the moon. Explain why this place is perfect for your festival. Think about how many people can fit, how easy it is to get there, and why it matches your theme.
Set a Date: pick a date for your festival. Think about the season and weather, and make sure it doesn’t clash with other big events.
Make a schedule of activities: make sure there is more than only music at your festival. It should offer different kinds of entertainment and/or art.
On the first deadline day you hand in: a description of your festival theme, explanation of location and date and a schedule of activities. Your text should be 400-500 words.
