Rings:
Rythm -> steps
I need to make a lot of steps during the entire exercise.
Sometimes I can follow the 2-step rhythm, but sometimes I also make some extra steps.

My height increases minimally because I struggle to find a good rhythm.

I struggle to make turns. My legs are out wide and after a turn I cannot pick up the rhythm.
I can make a turn but my legs are out wide and my rhythm after the turn is sloppy.
I start to make a turn (or other ‘trick’) just before the dead moment, so in the dead moment I’m ready to swing back again. During my turn I have a straight body position. I can keep the same height during the turns/tricks.
