An adjective modifies a noun

She is loud / There was a loud noice.
Is this story real?/ This is his real name.

Toepassing adverb <-> adjective

3. She sings really beautifully (adverb)               It's a real beauty. (noun) 

4. Fortunately, all the children were saved!       What a fortunate outcome!

To be  > after the verb
any other verb > before the main verb
