American portions are larger.
American breakfast is sweeter than British breakfast.
Wholemeal bread is more expensive than white bread.
British breakfast is better than American breakfast.

add -er to the adjective (bijvoeglijk naamwoord)
Long words (more than 2 syllables?) add more in front of the word 
 Watch out for exceptions! (good - better)
