Formele email (algemeen, o.a. een klacht):
- Don't use abbreviations (afkortingen) or contractions (I'm -> I am / we're -> we are / it's -> it is)
- Write full sentences
- Don't use 1, 2, 3, use words such as first, second, third

Informele email (algemeen, bijv. naar een vriend/vriendin):
- Don't use abbreviations, contractions are fine!
