What is the difference (in meaning) between these two sentences?
If you see her, tell her I need to speak to her.
When you see her, tell her I need to speak to her

If / when

IF = àls, indien (in het geval dat – onzeker of het gaat gebeuren) 

WHEN = als, wanneer (op het moment dat – zeker(der) dat het gaat gebeuren )
