Book Poster
During week 7 (Tuesday 11/2 and Thursday 13/2)
you will work on the Book Poster assignment

What is a Book Poster
You will be using an A3 sheet of paper/thin cardboard on which you are going to collect the various written/drawn items that need to be included. These items can be made on smaller pieces of paper which you can stick onto the big one. This way, your poster won’t be spoiled if things don’t turn out the way you want to.

Book Poster
Items that must be included in separate sections:
• Title, author, your name, your class
• Author + some information about the author
• Setting – where & when does the story take place?
• Main theme of the book (What’s a theme? We’ll discuss this in class)
• Main character + most important information about this character
• Some of the main events – try to describe 3 main events/scenes
• Your favourite part
• Recommendation (why would you recommend this book to others (or not?) + number of stars
You have to add some pictures or drawings (at least 1 per item) – there's no limit as long as there’s enough space for all the text you need to include.
