Wanneer gebruik je de present continuous?

Als je wilt zeggen dat iemand iets nu aan het doen is.

In het Nederlands kun je dan ‘aan het’ of ‘zit te‘ zeggen.

Hoe maak je de present continuous?

Vóór het werkwoord zet je am/are/is.

Achter het werkwoord zet je -ing.

Vb: I am playing football now.

Ik ben nu aan het voetballen.

Oh ja.

dance --> dancing

have --> having

run --> running

swim --> swimming
