Impact on performance!!! - What other impacts that lead to this increase or decrease?
5 factors (3/4 in detail, 1 in less detail), 3 theories, 5 interventions
Timing....30 mins planning, 35 mins for Q1, 35 mins for Q2, 1 hour 20 mins for Q3
