What is pocket money?

Open your notebook and your book on p. 82. We're going to read the text together. Per paragraph, write down a few key words (in English if you can) what the paragraph is about. (So a summary per paragraph but in key words).

Ask what pocket money is, this is important to know. 1 min. Explain what they have to do while we're reading. 1 min. Read the text. I read the first, these students read the other 4 paragraphs: Xander, Miley, Noor, Joseph - 5 ish minutes.

Ask students what they wrote down and that way summarize the text. 2-3 min

Do: Match the titles/questions of ex. 2 to the 5 paragraphs. (so do ex. 2) and then do ex. 3 about the text. Also write down in which paragraph you found the information to answer the questions. When you're done, do ex. 1
