Future Time Clauses
You should take your umbrella in case it rains


In future time clauses, we normally use a present tense, NOT a future tense. These clauses follow words like: after, as soon as, by the time, immediately, in case, once, on condition that,etc.

First conditionals always start with "If" followed by a present tense. The result clause can have any future form/ imperative
