Used after these verbs: to be – sound – taste – smell – look – feel

Examples: 
She rarely eats breakfast. 
He quickly hid the letter in his bag.
 
Use: 
To answer: How (often)….? 
To say something about a verb or adjective.

After to have – to be – to do​​ 
Otherwise before the verb​
