Work time - 15 mins
You're an intern at a large international company which has an office in Rotterdam. The CEO from the head office in Los Angeles, Ms Sanders, is coming to visit for two days. It is your job to plan her visit and show her around the Rotterdam office. She would like to see three different departments (you are free to decide on the details).

Write a letter, using the appropriate tone, in which you inform her as to:
the programme of her two-day stay in Rotterdam (apart from the tour around the office, come up with one other activity);
where she will be staying and what meals you have arranged for her;
how she will be getting from place to place;
any other practical information you think should be included.
