Formeel + naam: Dear Ms Westerink,

Informeel: Dear Ann,

Hoe eindig je een brief?

Ken je de naam van de ander? Dan gebruik je: 

- (Yours) sincerely

- Kind regards

Ken de de naam van de ander niet? Gebruik dan:

- Kind regards

- Yours faithfully
