The format of email writing:
From
This is te place that shows the name of the person sending the mail.
To
This shows the name of the recipient.
Cc
It stands for Carbon Copy. It means the email will be send to other people too.

Subject
This shows the title of the email. It expresses the reason for mail writing. It should be clear. simple and short.

Parts of an email
- Greeting, begroet degene die je een mail stuurt
- Introduction - "Make contact" + Reason, de reden dat je mailt
- Body -Main text, de boodschap van je mail
- Conclusion - wat verwacht je van degene die je mailt?
- Greeting, sluit je mail weer af met een groet.

- Make contact, examples:
You are reacting to an e-mail you got from someone
/ You want to know how someone is doing

you want information on something
- etc.

Write your message to the reader
- Write down what you want to say, make a new paragraph with each thing you talk about.
- Always skip a line between paragraphs to make it nicer to read!

Finish your letter with another greeting:

Formal (to someone you don't know well)
