The seven steps of eating sustainable
1. Eat less meat
2. Waste less food. Only buy what you need.
3.  Eat what your body needs. Avoid snacks and candy
4. Mainly drink tapwater, tea and coffee
5. Eat adequate amounts of dairy and cheese. No more than necessary.
6. Choose seasonal products and look at the product's origin
7. Choose products that have an environmental friendly sticker.

* Each recipe should be sustainable and have a LOW carbon footprint 
* You will include a summary of how each recipe has a low carbon footprint
