Reading skills: Why should we read?

Als we lezen, verbeteren we niet alleen ons geheugen en ons inlevingsvermogen, maar onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat we ons er ook beter en positiever door voelen. De wetenschap heeft aangetoond dat lezen een aantal verbazingwekkende voordelen voor de gezondheid heeft, waaronder hulp bij depressie, vermindering van stress en vermindering van de kans op Alzheimer op latere leeftijd.
