past simple of present perfect? 

Je gebruikt de present perfect als de zin iets over het verleden zegt en ook nu nog bezig is of nu nog invloed heeft. ... --> present perfect --> Het is gebeurd (voltooid) en heeft ook nu nog invloed. Om de present perfect te maken heb je altijd 2 werkwoorden nodig: have / has + voltooid deelwoord.
