There are 4 conditionals:

Zero conditional

First consitional  ((You'll learn this one today)

Second conditional  

Third conditional

1st (first) consitional 

We use the first conditional when we talk about future situations we believe are real or possible.

If + present simple, will/won’t + verb.

If I pass this exam, I’ll celebrate.

If I pass this exam, I won’t have to do it again.

I’ll celebrate if I pass this exam

Future perfect & Future continuous

1. When I'm 30 years old, I will be living in New York (future continuous). Tony will be running a marathon this Friday.

Will + be+-ing form

2. By the time you read this I will have left. (future perfect)

3 .Will you have eaten when I pick you up? (future perfect)

Formular: if + past simple  + would + infinitive

If she was prime minister, she would invest more money in schools.

He would travel more if he was younger.

Second conditional

If I had his number, I would call him. (I don't have his number now, so it's impossible for me to call him).

 If I were you, I wouldn't go out with that man.
