You can do that with stress and intonation/emphasis 

Intonation and stress

• Intonation is your voice going up, down, or staying level.
•  Stress is the specific emphasis placed on words or syllables.

Stress can change the meaning

Even similar words can have different stress patterns

Syllables (lettergrepen)

-A syllable is a word chunk. You can divide every word into syllables.

-A syllable always has 1 vowel (klinker) sound, no more, no less

Example: Ambulance

Am | Bu | Lance

De klemtoon
