When we talk about things that we do every day/week/month

we use Present Simple (tegenwordige tijd)

I wake up at 6. I always drink coffee in the morning. Then I go to work. I start at 8:30. At 12:00 I often eat lunch.

She wakes up at 7. She always drinks tea for breakfast. Then she drives to work. Sometimes she goes by bus.
