The SHIT Rule has to do with She, He, and IT.
The rule is:
If the subject is a he, she or it, the verb gets +s.
So I dance becomes She dances.

Always use a form of 'to be' and verb + ing
I am walking
You are listening
He/she/it is talking
We are gaming
You are playing
They are reading

Why en When do we use them?
We use Present simple for:
Facts and habits, so thing we always do.

We use Present Continuous for:
Things we are doing right now.
You can recognize Continuous by the: ING at the end of the word.
