Present continuous vs simple

Continuous is happening now: person + am/are/is + verb + ing.

I am shopping. They are walking.

Simple often happens or never: person + verb (+s).

I never eat meat. She never eats fruit -> SHIT rule

Mrs. Jones (to drink) ... tea every Sunday.
