What is the umbra and penumbra of a shadow?
How does a camera work?

Slide 2 - Diapositive

  • During classical explanation – have a question, raise your hand

  • While working independently – disturb the class, go to olc 2 for the rest of the lesson with extra work

6.1 What is light?
  • Light is a way of transferring energy in the form of an electro magnetic wave

Slide 16 - Diapositive

6.1 What is light
Light is a way of transferring Energy (EM waves)
  • Electromagnetic waves can travel through empty space without loosing energy.

  • Because of this the Sun is able to provide energy to the Earth — This is what makes life possible.

Slide 17 - Diapositive

Luminous
  •  Luminous — Source that give of light

  • This light reflects of objects into our eyes (these objects are not luminous)
