Startpunt van discussie, met in de volgende slide de vervolgvraag hoe leerlingen de veiligheid bij hun op school ervaren.

En hoe zorgt jouw school voor een veilige omgeving?

De vraag kan als stelling worden gebruikt voor een debat in de klas. Misschien kunnen de leerlingen ook aanbevelingen doen voor de school.

Laws change over time

• Spitting used to be a crime

• Adultery is no longer punishable (1970s)

• Blasphemy used to be a severe crime

• Hacking is punisable by law

• People could be trown in jail if it was found out they were gay

- Work in groups of 4

- Pick 10 articles from the list as most important, explain why you choose them.

- Which one is the most important in your opinion? Explain your answer. 

- Find 5 articles that were abolished or made up. Argue whether they could exist in other countries.
