  • Temperatures inside the Sun can reach 15 million degrees Celsius.
  • Over one million Earth’s could fit inside the Sun.
  • It takes sunlight an average of 8 minutes and 20 seconds to travel from the Sun to the Earth.
  • When natural sunlight hits the skin it triggers the body’s   production of   vitamin D. Vitamin D is also known as “the         sunshine  vitamin.”

        TREKKING AND ITS BENEFITS

Trekking is a form of walking, undertaken with the specific purpose of exploring and enjoying the scenery.  Mainly, the sport is practiced in mountains, often in famously inaccessible locations. This adventurous sport provides exposure to sunlight while walking for hours and climbing high peaks. The absorption of sunlight from this sport brings many reasons to why trekking is beneficial.
