A spreadsheet is an app that allows you to communicate with cells that are coded by numbers. Why don't we have a further look into the coded numbers of a cell?

Codes On A Cell 😒

The codes are made by the cell. They are a mix of numbers and letters. For example, A14 is a code on my spreadsheet. To go on we will look at formula too. The codes will help you out pretty soon. You can also learn a bit of tips on a spreadsheet that will really help you out when you use it.

The Function Bar 😍

What is a Function Bar?

A Function Bar is used to edit/make your spreadsheet. For example my spreadsheet might have a list of what I want to buy so I might need to highlight what I have brought, I brought crisps, and I highlight it using the Function Bar.

HIGHLIGHT: TO USE A COLOUR AND STICK OUT A POINT OF TEXT.

Task 1 - 5 🙌

1) Go to cell C27 and write 24.

1a) Go to cell A13 and write 49.

2) From cell B24 fill it to cell C35.

3) Take out cell B25 and paint the colour to pink.

4) Make the text of row B bold and blue.

5) You can make a picture of your choice, make it nice!

Recapping My Computing💻 

What did I do?

I did tasks and found out what a spreadsheet is. We learned about cells having codes. I tried to do as many tasks as I could and I found it fun!

What is Formula? 🤔

The formula is on a spreadsheet that does loads of maths/multiplication to figure out any question. It does the math for you. We will see how the formula works on our spreadsheets. When we start our new one lets make sure to click on the new sheet!

MULTIPLICATION: TO KNOW YOUR TIMES TABLES TO FIGURE MATHS QUESTIONS OUT.

Tasks 1 - 7 💁🏽‍♀️

1) Get a new sheet.

2) Do 5x4 in cell B4.

3) Find the formula bar.

4) Do 2x4 and then paste it to your favourite cell.

5) Do a chart of how the height is of children.

6) Paste it at the end of your other spread sheet.

7) Edit my work of spreadsheets or make a new picture.
