Phonics: Long /ō/

Slide 2 - Diapositive

This week, our new spelling words will focus on the long /ō/ sound.

You know that we can make the long /ō/ sound by using the magic e, but what if I told you there are more ways to make the long o sound?

If you see an OW or an OA team, they make the long /ō/ sound.

For spelling today, go watch the video and then go over your spelling words  by using the slides after the videos as flash cards to help study your words.
