Why do we use comparisons?

You use comparisons to compare people, animals and/or things.

Vergrotende + overtreffende trap

klein - kleiner - kleinst(e)

small - smaller - smallest

groot - groter - grootst(e)

big - bigger - biggest

aardig - aardiger - aardigst(e)

nice - nicer - nicest

Short words

One or two syllables (lettergrepen)
