Review 

I will give you back the notes that you handed in. If you don't get anything, this is because you didn't hand anything in. In this case, I hope your memory is good. 

If I've changed things, this is because the information in your notes is not accurate, includes things that shouldn't be in there or was more than 150 words. 

I will answer a quick round of questions. After that I will hand out the tests and you get to work.

Guessing: past simple questions 

I will once again make groups of five or six using the Wheel of Doom 

You each get a worksheet. Individually (on your own), guess whether the statements are true or false. Include two statements of your own. 

Only then do you ask each other questions to find out whether the statements are true or false.  We will practise some questions before actually beginning. Don't ask who-questions: ask each person in the group individually. 

The person who made the highest amount of correct guesses is the winner! 

Short answers 

Als je in het Engels een ja/nee vraag beantwoordt, zeg je niet alleen 'Ja' of "Nee'. Dit is erg onbeleefd. Je hoeft ook niet de hele zin te beantwoorden. De Engelsen doen het anders!
