First conditional (write this down)
We use the first conditional (if-sentences) to predict the result of a future action (that can really happen)

if + present simple,  will + infinitive (hele ww.)
Example: If I win the lottery, I will buy my mom a house.
Example: If we go to London in October, it may/might/could rain.
So, instead of 'will' you can also use 'may/might/could'
