Email requirements:

- Subject (usually one)

- The message is short and clear.

- Make sure all the relevant information is there.

- Think about the goal of your message.

Emails can be divided into smaller parts:

• addressee/recipient
• subject
• message (body/content)
• closing
• signature

What is an informal email?

You send an informal email to:

-Family

-Friends

-Close colleagues

-Acquaintances

The email has a casual nature and tone, it is short, friendly and simple.
