achteraan de zin = normaal

vooraan de zin = met nadruk

She has guitar lessons on Fridays.

On Fridays, she has guitar lessons.

Adverb of place + adverb of time

Achteraan de zin

Plaats ALTIJD voor tijd

(Paula toetje / Patat voor het toetje)

She has guitar lessons at the music school on Fridays. 

Instruction past simple

Past simple = verleden tijd 

You make the past simple by adding -ed to a verb

Dani jumped up and down when she received her grade

Sometimes the spelling changes (y -> ied or double consonant)

Instruction

To use the past simple in a negative sentence you use

did not/didn't + verb

I didn't like the movie

To use the past simple in a question you use did at the start of the sentence followed by a pronoun + verb
