3. Is muscle soreness dangerous? When is it/not?
Often muscle soreness is NOT dangerous.  It tells you that your muscles are repairing themselves.
When muscle tearing happens, the extreme pain caused tells you that something is very wrong. In this case, you should seek medical help!

When you make the same movement constantly you can get RSI symptoms like: Painful shoulders, wrists, arm, headache etc.
Examples of this are:
  • Using a pc mouse for a long time.
  • Doing lots of painting
  • Using a smartphone for long periods of time
  • Using the same grip with sports like tennis
