Conditionals

Present Simple	will/won't + infinitive
If you don't study	you will fail the test.
When I'm in London	I will visit Tower of London.
If I get sick,	I will go to the doctor

Choose the First Conditional

1. She'll miss the bus if she doesn't leave soon.
2. When water reaches 100 degrees, it boils.
3. If I met the Queen of England, I would say hello.
4. She would travel all over the world if she were rich.

Vul in First Conditional:
If you ... (work) hard, you ... (get) rich.

Vul in First Conditional:
If I ... (see) Mary, I ... (tell) her.

Finish the sentence in the first conditional:
If I win the lottery, .....

First Conditional
(with UNLESS)

You can use UNLESS instead of (=ipv) 'If not' in the
conditional clause.
Example:
If I don't pass the exam, I will fail the year.
Unless I pass the exam, I will fail the year.

1st conditional with unless

unless = if ... not

If you don’t practice, you’ll never become a good soccer player.  

Unless you practice, you'll never become a good soccer player

If she doesn't leave now, she'll be late.

Unless she leaves now, she'll be late.
