  • You will learn that each species has its own habitat, how plants and animals live together and how an area becomes more diversified.

Why aren't there any squirrels on the beach?
Biotope = an environment with the right living conditions for certain organisms (deciduous forest, heath, rainforest, beach).
 
Community = All organisms that live together in a biotope.

Habitat = A place with favourable abiotic factors and enough food; the residence of an organism (a pond, under shrubs, inside a tree bark).

Biotic factors = Influences from living nature (everything that lives, has lived or will live).

Abiotic Factors = Influences from non-living nature (everything that has never lived, is not alive and will never live).
