So, in your reflective paper you focus on 

• how effectively the team worked together, what went well and what could be improved
• any changes to your personal views shaped by the collaborative experience.
• your learning from the team project
•  You do need to include a summary of your team's overall agreed solution, but the focus should be on the process of team work, your own role as a group member and your own learning (your development of research skills, learning from your group members' presentations etc.)

• Before writing your reflective paper you need to sit together and discuss each group member's solution. 
• Together try and agree on the best solution. 
• While discussing the above, it's wise to take notes. These may help you while you're writing your individual reflective paper.
