What is the rule?
We use -ed adjectives (bijvoeglijke naamwoorden) to say how we feel about something:
I got really annoyed with my little brother, because he kept bothering me, while I was reading my book.

We use -ing adjectives to say what we think about something or to describe something.
I think he is a really annoying teacher. He always talks too fast and gives us too much of homework.
