- It  explains the choices behind the the stories of your project. 

- This will be input for your oral assessment.
- You can bring this letter with you to the oral assessment.

Structure for your letter
- Make your letter follow this structure:

- Write a brief introduction (aim is to introduce a new City Trip/ why?)

- Use one paragraph with 2 sentences per story (explain each story)

- Write a brief last paragraph (about future plans/ next steps)

The first word...
Note that in English, it is perfectly acceptable to start a sentence using 'I' or 'we'.

Note that you always start using a capital letter, despite the fact that the salutation is followed by a comma!
