  • keep the convesation going 
  • fluency above accuracy 
  • you can make up things
  • don't talk too fast, use short sentences 
  • if you don't undestand a question, you can ask:
"What do you mean?"
"Could you please repeat the question"

Assignment: 
You live in Miami - USA and you are member of a tennis club Miami Tennis. You are one of the very few member who are Dutch and therefore the newspaper of the club wants to interview you. This is what you should tell about yourself:

1. Introduce yourself (name, age, where you come from).
2. Tennis experience (when did you start playing tennis and why, competitions you have played, etc).
3. When did you moved to the USA and why?
4. Name at least two things that are different in the USA in comparison with the Netherlands
5. How much should a beginner train to get to a professional level?
