Work in pairs. 

Write out a script between a medical assistant and a patient. You need to come up with a complaint for the patient and a time when the appointment can take place. When you work in a pharmacy you can maybe schedule in an appointment to give instructions.  

Think about what questions you need to ask and how the patient might react. This might help you prepare for your upcoming spoken interaction exam.
